I just had to drop you a note telling you how much I enjoyed the seminar! I tried some of the tricks that Kaoru Nakajima taught us at the clinic and am very happy to say that they work great! She gave me the courage to attempt a few grooming techniques I was afraid to do before and I did them and my confidence level went up 100%,
I thought Grace Woodford did a wonderful job and I learned so much from her, I also won the stripping knifes that she donated and can't wait to try them out! I wish that I had signed up for a one-on-one class with her. I want to learn more about hand-stripping.
I also loved Bill Rafferty and his layered scissoring seminar! Loved his sense of humor and learned much from him. I got a chance to watch him work one-on-one with another person and wished that I had signed up also!
I really hated to see the seminar end and heard many others say the same thing.
I hope this was the First Annual grooming seminar and there will be many more! If there is anything I can do to help you for the 2nd annual grooming seminar just give me a yell,
I only wish I had signed up for a one-on-one with all the speakers. If you hold a seminar next year, I will be the first one in line to sign up for these!
I also attended the CPR class and the shampoo seminar held by Brandy Keysor and I feel that every groomer should attend these!
And last but not least, Anna Hawks, the person that makes the grooming world a better place. Someone that is so willing and knowledgeable and loves to share her knowledge with others. I loved everything you taught us at the seminar and thank you for setting this entire seminar up for us.
